Our Mission

The Women’s Business Center at True Access Capital, as an official SBA Resource Partner, is steadfast in its commitment to creating an inclusive environment that champions the empowerment of women and entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds. We are dedicated to offering a comprehensive array of resources, robust training programs, and one-on-one counseling with experts, all designed to support the entrepreneurial journey of every individual. By fostering collaboration and breaking down barriers, we aim to ignite innovation and drive sustainable economic development within our community.

The WBC began offering Let’s Zoom virtual meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic. Each meeting includes a special guest speaker covering a variety of topics and challenges faced by small business owners and entrepreneurs.

The WBC offers the Business Brunch Series on a quarterly basis to both northern and southern Delaware. Each session is topic-focused on a core component that will assist in navigating your business’ success.

The WBC is providing a tour around the world of business. Come in and see first-hand how you can create a plan at home, work, or in school on YOUR time! Yes, that means you can be in control of the time it takes to create your business success plan. This user friendly computer based program is geared to support you at your level and enhance your knowledge of business. The program will prompt you along the way…the answers you provide during and after the tutorials will compile a business success plan.

Being Legal in Business

The WBC offers an opportunity for Women and Entrepreneurs to join a session that will provide legal insight pertaining to appropriate business structure, business name registration, and the commercial lease to name a few. We will provide an open Q&A session to ensure you leave with a clear sense of proper legal functions in your business.
This session is open to Women and Entrepreneurs seeking legal advice relating to your business only. You should attend this session if you are unsure of your legal structure, unsure of general practice or perhaps want to bounce a few aspects of growth by a legal professional. Don’t miss out on this opportunity; it’s the foundation of business success!!
